These substances may cause the rubber to swell, soften, or decompose, affecting its sealing effect. For this type of environment, rubber seal strips with oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, such as nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluororubber (FKM) products, have been specially developed. They can remain stable in a certain concentration of chemical media and are suitable for highly corrosive places such as chemical equipment, automotive oil systems, and sewage treatment equipment.

In addition to environmental factors, rubber seal strips also need to withstand long-term dynamic stress, such as extrusion and rebound caused by frequent door opening and closing, and repeated stretching in a vibrating environment. If the material has poor fatigue performance, it is easy to cause permanent deformation or failure. The rubber seal strip adopts a high elasticity and anti-fatigue formula, which can maintain good rebound performance after tens of thousands of cycles. For example, automotive door seals, rail transit door sealing systems, etc., rely on this characteristic to ensure that vehicles still have good sealing and comfort in long-term operation.
